Separation of Professional and Personal Life

You can build a successful career, regardless of your field of endeavor, by the dozens of little things you do on and off the job. How you spend the time off the job is the determining factor of how far you will go on the job.

But still people often say, “There was nothing personal in it, it was all about a purely professional fight". Unless you have reached a level of Self Actualization, when it comes to your own first-hand experience and at the very moment, there is no separation between professional and personal life. If your professional life has been ruined, it will certainly spoil your personal life, the turbulence in former creates chaos in the later and vice versa.

In theory there is a principle of separation of investment and financing decisions. They ask us to keep the two decisions mutually exclusive. The one who has mastered this art is destined to reach the greatest heights.

In general, the traits of (successful) people which you hate the most and which are challenging to imbibe, possibly might lead onto the path of success. Other way round which could also be true in a plain way is that you do not like the characteristics of successful people. Recognize the characteristics which they possess and acclimatize those, sooner the better. If you want to grow in life, you must exhibit these characteristics religiously. On the other hand, acquiring skills you do not possess guarantees growth in leaps and bounds vis-à-vis organic incremental growth through enhancement of already acquired skills.

During formative days of mankind evolution, Christian Missionaries thought that the earth was in a stationary state and the universe rotated around the earth. Over the time, it was proved that this was not true and the earth rotates around sun. But the people who had dared to propose the new idea first were ridiculed by the society, some of them were sentenced to death and few had to work underground for their entire lifetime.

Today, if someone is agnostic about the existence of Creator of the Universe and says that it is all a theory of accidental creation, evolution of vegetative state similar to the growth of fungus or amoeba and through physiological / biological adaptation of the species for survival in a cause and effect relation, the society is once again going to ridicule him / her. But few years down the line, all over again, if the contrarian view is proved right, then while looking back, people would wonder as to how much of the global resources, the time, the energy, lifetimes, money, the creativity and intelligence had been spent over the wishful concept.

on being unreasonable...

If I do not have an unquestionable faith in the God, I lose out few of the high content virtues to reason, rationale, sensibility, conscience and the law of cause and effect (i.e. sequencing of events).

Just to make the list exhaustive, the referred high content virtues, which also form the very nature of human existence are innocence, emotional outbursts, face value of firm faith in sub - conscious, vibes, no strings attached imagination and creativity, gut feelings & instincts, passionate obsessions, sixth sense, beauty & aesthetics, empathy, compassion & gratitude, indomitable will & confidence, spontaneous joy of achievement and sometimes optimism.

All the progress in the world has fallen in place due to these unreasonable virtues which hit hard & ignite to think beyond imaginations, liberate the passionate, industrious, resolute conviction & strive in the possibilities and radiate burning desire to drive to limitless potentials, carve out paths in connecting the dots & make things happen.

If I need to make a foray into the unexplored areas of mankind or spellbound self - transformation in leaps and bounds, I need to have faith in the already well researched laws of nature, presently bodily structures, efficient functioning of human organs at optimum levels and the formless Almighty to capitalize onto it till the last breathe.

Quest of an Agnostic Mind

Whenever I persuasively make a concerted and sincere attempt to bring back my faith in the God and ask him / her to be on my side forever, subtly the conscience surfaces a question for me, “Why can’t the God be on the sides of other people? Is it just because my yearning / seeking is the most effective?” At that point, on the other side, I have a strong faith that the God is Creator of the Grand Design of this Universe and is also Governing it in the most systematic manner. Doesn’t this mean, after all even the effectiveness of an individual’s longing / prayer is also being regulated by the Almighty himself / herself?

Then I shift my loyalty of faith to the Sub - Conscious Mind, again a whimsical concept as I may neither be courageous enough nor willing to pay the cost to shift this loyalty to Self - Confidence.

But it could also be possible that the derived faith in Sub - Conscious and the faith in Self - Confidence is the direct offshoot of the faith in God itself. May be!!! I don’t know.

Lessons for my Child - To grow up to be the Fittest for Survival

Having faith in the creator of the grand design of universe is re instilling your faith in yourself. You must practice faith in the almighty unquestionably as the process of soul searching and search for alternative forces in universe is not worth a lifetime.

Always dream the biggest dreams possible as if you have no strings attached. You should be always optimistic about life. Life has a meaning and you should use every second of your life constructively. Live fully to the extent possible. Live a life larger than life. Live a king - size life on your own terms. Have a confidence that you can do anything if you want to do. Watch your thoughts mindfully and act upon the instincts, gut feelings and emotions as to what your heart says. A moment of insight is more powerful than a lifetime experience. You should never ever lose hope. You should persistently keep on trying, this time more vigorously, more whole heartedly to achieve whatever you desire. Watch the world with open (receptive and eager to understand, visualize, connect to and empathize with) eyes, open ears and an open mind. Be humble, polite, outgoing, reaching out to people, happy and connected to the ground.

You must be disciplined, particularly about time management. Should learn to value money, save money and not to spend unnecessarily. Be clean and hygienic, if not stylish and flamboyant. Learn the aspects of personality development, etiquettes and mannerism. You must be physically very very fit for survival in the world and must exercise regularly. Strong physique gives above - average level of confidence. Play lot of sports and stretch to mix with children above your age group. You must evaluate the concept of youth organization for constructive tasks of nation building / betterment of the mankind.

Always aspire to be amongst the best minds of the mankind. You should be fearless and should be aware of and get rid of what is that which is holding back. You should develop and practice to have a sound memory power. Have a co - ordinated result oriented thinking skills. Be excellent and fluent in English communication and elocution skills. You should be able to comprehend and form an opinion.

You should recognize, read about and recognize the photos of political leaders, business leaders, spiritual leaders, film personalities, scientists in the world. You must read, understand stories, biographies, cases of rise and fall of business houses, scientists, Indian Freedom Fighters and their concept and motive behind a free nation / free thinking. Learn to understand geographies of nation, world and weather patterns thereof. Learn practically every field on earth and inter correlations - science, medical science, economics, engineering, business studies, sociology, co-operative movements, history and philosophy.

DO YOU THINK THIS CAN HAPPEN JUST BY ACCIDENT!!

There are sounds in the universe, and to listen to it we have ears. There is a canvas of things spread out in the universe and we have eyes to watch those. There are already tastes added to substances and to experience the same we have tongue.

A mechanism to use air in the atmosphere for functioning of respiratory system, and we have air too...

Food we eat, gets converted into blood, which gets supplied to all the body parts through veins. In chemical processes for any simple conversion, alongwith inputs, we need catalysts / inert, reaction temperature / pressure etc etc. In animal body, the system is present by birth...

Do we know a process of Emotion Formation, i mean how do they generate, the process...isn't the link still missing!!!

Can this systematic design of complementary things happen just by accident / through a process of evolution / mechanism of cause / effect? Or is it a carefully thought out and well executed plan!!!
